HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Our turn around time is up to 14 working days. However, if you are needing your order before this please do not hesitate to contact us via email or Facebook and we will do our up best to help you. BUT PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES
All items except for our bow boxes will be posted via royal mail 1st class and should arrive within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Bow boxes will be posted 2nd class to keep the cost lower for you. Please note we can not be held responsible for lost items that are not sent recorded however I always obtain proof of postage. Please let me know if you would like your products sent recorded
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT IF UNHAPPY?
We source the best quality material for all of our bows and provide a 100% quality guarantee however if you are not satisfied with your order then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it.
We do not offer free returns at this time, so customers are responsible for postage costs and if a new order is placed postage costs will still apply.

We love making bespoke orders so if you are after something in particular then you can go to the bespoke section on the website and design your own bow. Please contact us via Facebook or email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can not find what your looking for.
Bows are very delicate so please do not let children play with them as they can damage them. Store on a flat service to prevent them bending or being miss-shaped. Do not wash bows or wet them. Care has been taken to prevent fraying however if this does occur then use sharp scissors to trim frayed edges. Do not let children sleep in bows or headbands and supervise children at all times
